If your answers are less than loving, you’re not alone. Body image issues affect millions of women of all shapes, sizes and ages. They diminish our capacity to enjoy the life we have and/or create one we love.

If so, I invite you to take a special journey with me along the path of yoga. I’m delighted to offer an in-depth training* to my local community at Just Be Meditation in Hudson, OH starting this January!
We’ll gather for eight, 3-hour groups over 4 months giving us plenty of time and space to learn, play, create, and integrate the gifts of yoga into our lives. Each session includes:
Sacred Sharing Circles: share about ourselves and our experiences in a safe and nurturing environment.
BKH Yoga Flows: gentle yoga practices specially designed to cultivate body peace and self-empowerment. Appropriate for every body and all levels from beginner to advanced.
Education and Creative Expression: learn about the full path of yoga (not just the poses) through lectures, story-telling, partner work, journal exercises, art activities and more. Come to understand the complexities of body image and our relationship with food as a path to healing and personal growth.
