Walk on Water

Want to experience peaceful body image today?  Here’s one way.  Simply follow the directions below.

Step 1:  Find a shallow river or creek bed at your local National, State or Metro Park.

Step 2:  Remove shoes.

Step 3:  Take one mindful step.

Step 4:  Repeat step 3 until all illusions of separation, brokenness and imperfection about You (ALL of You, body included) dissolve.

Step 5:  Enjoy!

Love this! Of course I love being barefoot- but I admit I haven’t done it in our gorgeous metroparks! I believe a hiking date is in order:)
