Step 1: Find a shallow river or creek bed at your local National, State or Metro Park.
Step 2: Remove shoes.
Step 3: Take one mindful step.
Step 4: Repeat step 3 until all illusions of separation, brokenness and imperfection about You (ALL of You, body included) dissolve.
Step 5: Enjoy!
