Three calls in the months leading up to the retreat to get you acquainted with us and your group and to identify what you’d most like to work on with the herd. Three calls in the months following to help integrate the learning into your daily life. Date and times for calls TBA in June.
What: The retreat begins Friday evening with a gathering to meet us and your peers in person. We’ll get settled into the awesome energy of the land and engage in a sacred ceremony to lay the foundation for our work.
Saturday starts with sunrise yoga. Julie’s gentle guidance takes us through mindful movements and breath work to uncover layers of tension in the body, mind, and heart that unconsciously sabotage our lives. Learn to listen to the wisdom of your tension as a teacher and prepare to offer it up to the horses for healing.
“Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.”
After breakfast we’ll gather for a walking meditation that draws the natural world into our journey as a source of support. During and after lunch there’ll be time to rest, reflect and enjoy the resort before heading out to meet the herd.
“Every horse has something to teach. Every human has something to learn.”
